From first fix to final fitting
Good plumbing is partly what you see and partly what sits safely behind the finish. These projects show both: neat pipework and heating layouts during installation, followed by practical rooms and fittings ready for everyday use.
These photos show different completed family bathrooms, with plumbing coordinated around the baths, basins, toilets, showers and heated towel rails for clean, practical finishes.
Two small adjoining rooms were opened up and rebuilt as one more practical bathroom. The project included the revised layout, new plumbing positions, bath installation, full tiling, sanitaryware and a black heated towel rail.
From tray and enclosure work to valves, risers and bath-mounted showers, the important details are secure connections, reliable drainage and easy access for maintenance.
Even pipe spacing and a tidy manifold layout help the system heat consistently and make future servicing more straightforward. These images show the installation before the finished floor covered it.
Not every job needs a full refurbishment. Tap faults, leaking wastes, worn valves and inefficient radiators can often be repaired or replaced cleanly with minimal disruption.
